Next Level Performance

Be the first to own this innovative product.  First units are expected to ship February 15th 2024. The Lift Ryte Landmine attachment provides a teaching tool for those new to olympic lifting. By adding a stable vertical plane and broad arc of movement, the Lift Ryte system makes body alignment and lifting technique safer for all users. Movement transfer to a traditional bar is more natural as the Lift Ryte has an identical feel. Built from 304 stainless steel and an 800lb max load, Lift Ryte is made for abuse and long life. Patent Pending.

What Does Lift Ryte Do?

Beautiful and Built to Last

It's as beautiful as it is rugged. With an 800lb capacity and hand built from either mild steel or the optional 304 stainless steel (shown), Lift Ryte is made for abuse and long life.

Transfer Movements to an Olympic Bar

Learn proper lifting mechanics in a safe, vertically stable motion following a natural arc of movement.

WIth safety and our primaty concern, the Lift Ryte system eases back pain by reducing vertical load and increasing muscle recruitment.

Lifting technique easily transfers to a traditional bar as the Lift Ryte has an nearly identical feel.

Increased Muscle Activation

While performing movements such as Romanian Dead Lifts and Bent Over Rows, the Lift Ryte system allows users to increase muscle activation by shifting their weight into the bar.

While executing movements with the Lift Ryte attached to a landmine that is in a fixed position, force can be applied through the bar while executing the movements increasing the lengthening (eccentric) or contracting (concentric) phase.
